Features
Everything selling tickets actually takes
From publishing to the gate, and from the gate to the reports. Every feature is part of every agreement, and there are no modules to buy separately.
Step 1
Publish
The event, its ticket types and its sale windows. Nothing is visible outside until you publish it yourself.
- Ticket types with prices, capacity and limits per order.
- Sale window and validity window separately: advance sales can close long before a ticket expires.
- A draft is visible only to you. Publishing is one switch.
Step 2
Sell
The picker on your own site, payment on ours, and tickets delivered without anybody doing it by hand.
- Two lines of HTML. No plugin, no separate ticket page.
- Discount codes for one event or all of them, plus links you can share.
- Confirmation and PDF tickets go out immediately after payment, in the buyer’s own language.
Step 3
At the gate
A phone is enough. No network is required, and every scan is kept.
- Camera scanning, plus typed entry using the end of the code when a QR will not read.
- The ticket list downloaded in advance, syncing automatically when the network returns.
- A live view of how many are inside and what each gate is doing.
Step 4
Afterwards
What you need on the Monday after the event.
- Orders and refunds: a full refund voids the tickets and frees the seat.
- Door list and orders as CSV, mid-event as well as after it.
- Every scan kept: accepted, rejected and conflicting.
