Common questions
Where are my tickets?
Tickets are emailed right after payment. If you created an account or added the order to it, they are on My tickets as well.
The confirmation never arrived, or is gone. What now?
Check your spam folder first. On the help page you can ask for the tickets again by entering the address you bought them with. We send them again to that same address.
What does Lippukone cost?
The price is agreed per event. Features are not split into tiers; everything is part of every agreement. Tell us about your event and we will propose a model.
What if the network drops at the gate?
The event’s tickets are loaded onto the device beforehand and checking continues with no connection. Scans reach the server automatically once the network returns.
Can a ticket be passed to someone else?
Yes, if the ticket type allows it. The recipient gets a new ticket and the old one stops working at the same moment, so only one valid ticket is ever in circulation.
How do I get started?
Fill in the organizer application and your account is created right away. Once the application is approved, you create events and send them for publication. We help get the ticket shop onto your site.
